Safety at Ausco

Safety is a fundamental value and priority at Ausco. We are proud of what we do and how we service our customers and communities. We strive to do what we do in the safest possible manner. Underpinning our safety ethos are five critical behaviours and every person, employee, contractor or customer has the right to stop the job if they don't feel safe.

We know our safety starts with our culture and feeling safe, whether it is physically or psychologically, is a fundamental value at Ausco. Our goal is that there are never any safety incidents at our workplaces or in our spaces. To achieve that, Ausco has worked with dss+ Consultants to become an Interdependent safe organisation on the Bradley Curve. At this level, teams feel ownership and responsibility for safety culture. They believe zero injuries is an attainable goal.
