Ausco Modular Pty Limited (“Ausco Modular”) has updated its Conditions of Hire – Terms & Conditions, Conditions of Sale – Terms & Conditions and Conditions of Purchase Order (“Standard Terms”) effective from 24 November 2023. For all customers and/or suppliers which entered Standard Terms with Ausco Modular between 9 November 2023 and 24 November 2023 Ausco Modular agrees that the 24 November 2023 Standard Terms will apply at the relevant customer/supplier’s election.
