Ausco Modular won a competitive open tender process to design and construct two amenities buildings at Buchanan Park, home of the Mount Isa Rodeo which hosts over 500 competitors each year and proudly boasts the title of the largest rodeo in the southern hemisphere.
The project was delivered by Ausco’s expert team in just 5 months and the one-day installation of the modular buildings and decks on site showcased the advantageous nature of modern methods of construction, which offer quick turnaround, consistency and quality.
The male and female shower and toilet blocks were officially opened during the 2022 festivities and will assist with the vision of Buchanan Park Events Complex as a world-class entertainment venue through increased attraction of major events.
Ausco Modular is a prequalified supplier under Local Buy’s LB303 Sport and Recreational Facilities & Equipment and LB304 Public Facilities, Parks and Amenities Active Arrangements. The appointment to both panels ensures Ausco’s connection with servicing local and regional Councils throughout Queensland.
