Our company places great importance on giving back to the communities in which we operate. At a local level, our branches are empowered to manage their program of community involvement and support, whether it’s raising money for charities, donating buildings to local organisations or sponsorship of community events and sports teams. Our community involvement is based on the issues close to our employee's hearts, and all staff are encouraged to suggest a community initiative to throw our support behind.
One of our most successful programmes to-date is our Reconciliation journey. Commencing our journey almost 2 years ago and in June 2017, our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) was officially endorsed by Reconciliation Australia. The RAP was developed to help foster a culture of respect and awareness of the cultural heritage of the Traditional Owners of the land upon which we work.
