Ausco Modular exceeded expectations, assisting a long-term customer with the ideal modular solution for urgent office space.

The Queensland Department of Public Works (QBuild) had an urgent need to expand and no time to waste.

Having being contracted to project manage a government funded Building Education Revolution initiative in the region, QBuild was facing the rapid expansion of 100 employees and had no room to move.

QBuild had worked with Ausco Modular on a number of projects in the past that required state-of-art modular building facilities, such as school blocks and education facilities, and QBuild knew Ausco Modular could produce what they needed as fast as possible.

With a turnaround time of just 8 weeks, Ausco Modular built a tailored office complex to meet QBuild’s every requirement, managing the installation of the building onto their existing office site and ensuring minimal disruption to day-to-day business.

The office complex has been fitted out with a full complement of workstations, partitions and all the technological advances of a permanent office facility. 

The 12 x 16m complex also comes with a kitchenette and lunchroom facility and is ideal to be relocated as QBuild’s projects move around the region.
