Wiley & Co required buildings to accommodate its construction team on site for 12 months while they expand a large factory owned by National Foods – the company who owns major brands such as Pura and Dairy Farmers.
As well as providing a comfortable ‘home away from home’, Ausco Modular installed office spaces so employees could continue holding client meetings during construction.
Ausco Modular worked with Wiley & Co to take traditional site accommodation to the next level, developing the site plan to include offices for the management team, a boardroom and reception area. Office amenities and a lunchroom were also adapted according to the client specifications.
With input from the client every step of the way, Ausco Modular developed a tailored interior building design that would ensure the site had a professional look and feel to retain the company’s branding in front of important clients.
The design also required a complete fit out of office spaces with corporate furniture.
During this project Ausco Modular had to be mindful of the client’s factory adjacent to the construction site. With careful management of the installation process, Ausco Modular was able to ensure there were no impacts to daily factory operations or to the sensitive food manufacturing environment. Modular construction was ideal for limiting the site work required on this project.
Ausco Modular delivered this project within two weeks of receiving the request from the client. Ausco Modular’s extensive experience and long-term relationship with the client helped address the unique site requirements and achieve such a fast turnaround in delivering the project.
