Ausco Modular designs the clubhouse for one of the world’s top 10 desert golf courses.

Breaking the mould of traditional modular buildings, Ausco Modular designed the centrepiece of Kalgoorlie’s new golf course.

Ausco Modular worked with key golfing professionals and designers to create a visually pleasing and highly functional clubhouse, ideal for members and patrons.

Using high ceilings and natural light from the bright and airy Vertex design, Ausco Modular provided a spacious clubhouse equipped with a fully functional pro-shop, restaurant and bar, commercial kitchen, as well as change rooms, showers, toilets and full disabled access.

The impressive bar and dining room, a spacious light-filled area set off by the raked ceiling, provides a stunning and relaxed atmosphere for members and guests.

Built offsite and transported to the golf course for installation, the clubhouse has been landscaped by the original golf course landscapers and represents the high standard of one of the world’s top ten desert golf courses.

The new $18 million, 18-hole Kalgoorlie Golf Course, designed by Graham Marsh is gorgeous and unique, offering golfers an opportunity to play on what is considered one of the top 10 desert golf courses in the world.
