The architecturally designed prefabricated home integrates all the environmentally friendly and sustainable features of harvesting water, energy efficiencies, solar management, capturing the coastal breezes and maximizes natural light.

The house is very private, with its modern styled interior flowing out onto a covered timber deck. Two families can be comfortably accommodated with the design featured around two wings with centre communal living space.
