Professional temporary offices to accommodate 35 employees
Flexible hire agreement allowing the client to add or remove buildings

Ausco Modular solved an urgent need for professional temporary offices to accommodate 35 employees – within a fast turn around of only 4 weeks.

Cradle Mountain Water is the newly formed State Government body responsible for the drinking water and waste water services to North West and West Coast of Tasmania.

An urgent need arose for professional office buildings to accommodate 35 employees including senior managers, managers and operational staff.   The building requirements included meeting areas, reception, general office space, kitchenettes, heating and air-conditioners.  However, the buildings were needed in a fast turn around of only 4 weeks.

With many businesses in Tasmania unable to meet such high quality standards and short deadlines - Ausco Modular rose to the challenge.   Drawing on a national network of over 12,000 buildings, a solution was sourced from the Melbourne facility.

Ausco Modular worked fast and closely with the client to develop a unique solution.   Ausco Modular flew the client to Melbourne to view the buildings.  With the flexibility of a hire option and being able to see the design and quality of finishes, an agreement was reached immediately.

Ausco Modular made the arrangements seamless; shipping the buildings from Melbourne and transporting them to the clients site.   The buildings were installed, connected and ready to use by the deadline.

Key features included:

  • Flexible hire agreement allowing the client to add or remove buildings as required.
  • Buildings featured attractive, professional and durable finishes to create a productive environment.
