Design

Ausco Modular's design & engineering capability is leading the industry in modular design innovation for both temporary and permanent facilities; making it a genuine alternative to standard insitu construction.

Customers benefit from modular design expertise right from the inception of the project when they may traditionally have used a separate archtitect.

Insight into the best materials & finishes, value engineering and layout options is offered during this design stage which ensures all project requirements are met to the highest standard and best practice is delivered in each and every project.

Transport

A national procurement footprint means Ausco Modular can manage the delivery of your buildings using its extensive network of transport companies.

This service is available for both hire and purchase, and includes the return of hire buildings at the end of hire period. We can even manage the move of hired buildings for multi-site projects.

Installation

The very nature of modular construction makes installation a relatively quick and efficient process. Ausco Modular regularly manages the installation of its buildings, and infact, it is the preferred avenue for most clients to take. It can provide a greater level of seamless delivery and reduces the number of suppliers involved.

For large projects, on-site installation is often undertaken concurrently with manufacture to minimise the overall project timeline and maximise onsite resource efficiencies. Installation will often also include the provision of other infrastructure like sporting courts, foopaths, landscaping, bus stops and other complementary facilities. 

Project management

Ausco Modular is a large project specialist and has project managed thousands of projects for all applications in the remotest areas across the country and overseas. Full turnkey construction is our speciality.

Our national expertise and local team coverage ensure we have the right presence on the ground when it matters to ramp up projects and resource them appropriately.

A dedicated project manager oversees all elements of project delivery, keeping in close communication with the client, and is supported by a multi-faceted delivery team, tailored to meet the demands of the project.

Village management

Ausco Modular specialises in village design, service delivery, infrastructure management, community integration, guest experience and building sustainability.

We bring core principles founded in the hotel industry to the management and delivery of remote accommodation villages, no matter the size. Factors such as service levels, flexibility, infrastructure standards and operational efficiencies; coupled with any identified specific requirements unique to each location are all considered. Villages can be managed through a number of flexible options, and often vary depending on the client and location. 

Ausco Modular also owns and operates a number of its own villages in key mining & energy project hubs in WA and QLD. The village network, called Stayover by Ausco, provides clients with a spacious, comfortable and cost effective accommodation option for short or long term stays. More information can be found here.
