Oasis in Chinchilla – Qld companies invited to Stayover on Zeller Street

Australia’s largest off-site modular construction company has started work on its new Chinchilla accommodation village, Stayover on Zeller Street and is inviting companies to secure rooms for their employees from today onwards.

Ausco Modular recognised the Darling Downs region as a hub for the resources and mining industries and decided to further invest in the area by building its latest Stayover village.

Ausco Modular’s managing director Paul Bailey said Stayover on Zeller Street was designed to meet the specific needs of the industries fundamental to the local community.

“Stayover on Zeller Street is the first, commercial purpose-built accommodation facility in Chinchilla and Ausco Modular believes it will provide the ideal accommodation solution.

“This quality accommodation option is in a convenient location for workers and is available to companies at an affordable rate,” Mr Bailey said.

Rates will be inclusive of an ensuited room, three meals daily and full use of all recreational facilities.

Stayover on Zeller Street has recreational facilities with features such as pool tables, juke box, table tennis tables and flat screen televisions to ensure the village is a home away from home for residents.

“We are currently taking bookings for the rooms and will be ready for guests in February.

“Ausco Modular has had strong interest from companies working in or tendering for work in the region and the benefits of modular buildings mean extra capacity can be created quickly at the village if required,” Mr Bailey said.

The village adds to Ausco Modular’s existing Stayover business which operates an increasing portfolio of accommodation facilities in Queensland and Western Australia.

Stayover on Zeller Street will have a 24-hour reception service to facilitate bookings.
