New Ausco Modular Stayover village opens in Dalby
Tuesday, 20 April, 2010
More employee accommodation is now available in the Darling Downs region with Australia’s largest off-site construction company Ausco Modular launching a new Stayover village just west of Dalby.
The company responded to growing demand from companies in the region to build more accommodation for employees following the successful opening of its Chinchilla Stayover village.
Ausco Modular managing director Paul Bailey said the Dalby Stayover village is tailored for employees working away from home.
“We designed this village to provide convenient, comfortable and serviced accommodation for workers of the mining and resource companies operating in the region.
“This village gives workers a high-quality, affordable, short or long-term housing option that is fully equipped to their needs – a home away from home.
“Traditional site accommodation is changing, people are looking for an atmosphere they can relax and reinvigorate after a hard day’s work.
“We will create this atmosphere by giving guests access to multiple recreational and functional facilities such as a gym, pool tables, table tennis tables, flat screen televisions and designated storage areas,” Mr Bailey said.
Overnight rates will include an ensuited room, breakfast, lunch and dinner, made fresh in the village’s restaurant, and full use of all recreational facilities.
A 24-hour reception service will be available to facilitate bookings. Companies also have the option to set up a trading account to book in employees.
The village also features a lay-down area where Stayover guests and their companies can store equipment and vehicles temporarily.
For booking enquiries please call Ausco on 1300 196 343 or email stayover@ausco.com.au.
