Ausco Modular excels at Steiner school
Ausco Modular, one of Australia's largest modular construction companies, is the builder of choice for final BER funding received by Silver Tree Steiner School in Parkerville, Western Australia.
Ausco Modular is in the initial stages of construction, building four state-of-the-art modular classrooms, a purpose built childcare and a kindergarten facility for the Silver Tree Steiner School.
"We have provided the school with a complete solution, building additional classrooms and a high-specification early learning centre, to be installed in rural terrain and in accordance with the school's specific aesthetic design," said Western Australia regional manager James Rowdon.
Ausco Modular's strong client relationship, teamed with its unique ability to tailor design solutions in line with high specifications, were integral factors in securing the project.
Ausco Modular's unique off-site construction process provided a competitive advantage to offer the client state-of-the-art modular buildings in the shortest turnaround time possible, ensuring the modular design conformed to the rural, heritage style aesthetics of Parkerville.
Overlooking the valley and hills of the Shire of Mundaring, the buildings have received five star energy efficiency ratings and were designed to be fitted into existing surrounding utilities; being finished with external custom orb cladding give a natural earthy look in keeping with their bushland surrounds.
Ausco Modular's specialist education knowledge, with over 20 years of service to schools, gives the Silver Tree Steiner School the confidence of a product being well received by parents, teachers and students.
As well as an innovative and unique design, Ausco Modular ensures all buildings are compliant with the Building Code of Australia (BCA) as well as local council and shire standards.
