Colour selection is vital for exteriors. The colour combinations available both complement the Australian landscape and offer an eye-catching, aesthetically pleasing effect. They have been carefully chosen to allow for low heat absorption which improves energy efficiency. 
 

Interior Finishes

Ausco’s interior designers have devised a complementary range of colour combinations and finishes which tailor to both residential development builds and housing village requirements ensuring individual appeal, comfort and durability.

Standard inclusions include all white goods, bathroom fittings, floor coverings and light/fan fixtures and fittings (all of which can be supplied as prime cost items).

• Standard wall linings are easy to clean, are hard wearing and low maintenance
• Cabinetry is made using Melamine –a durable and hard wearing surface; while benchtops are Laminated for proven durability.
• Plumbing fixtures and fittings are selected on water efficiency and quality
• Choose from instantaneous or energy efficient heat pump hot water units
• Air conditioners can be included as an optional extra, as well as a variety of other inclusions to suit your requirements.
